Getting cheesey



Is it just me, or don't you think that "fresh" and "aged" is a bit of an oxymoron?

Oh, but no. Rather, I'd say it's inspired description for those of my vintage. Freshly aged, we are.
I'm suspecting you bought it for the labelling.

I have a housemate who eats about 2kg of cheese in a week. He goes to Tescos and buys those 1kg blocks of cheese and lugs them home and nibbles on them every second.

I've gone off cheese for a bit.
